Activity Groups

Creating and Editing Activity Groups is the first step in organizing your Activities and Activity Packages. Below is a overview of the Activity Group feature.

Accessing Activity Groups

To access Activity Groups, you will open up Activity Scheduler and go to the Settings Tab. Once your cursor is on the Settings Tab a drop down will appear.  When the drop down appears please click on Activity Groups.

Manage Activity Group

The Manage Activity Group screen has 2 main sections. Select Activity Group and Edit Activity Group.

Select Activity Group: This is where all existing Activity Groups appear. Select the drop down and select an Activity Group you wish to Edit. The Group will then appear in the Edit Activity Group where you can re-name it or change its Status.After making all adjustments please select the Save button in the bottom right hand corner.

Edit Activity Group: If you need to create an Activity Group, input a Group Namein the Group field. After that, select the Status of the Group making it either Active or Inactive. Once that is finished select the Save button in the bottom right hand corner.

Once your group is Created/Edited you may need to create Activities or Packages associated with the Group just created.

Off to the right you can see two links Manage Activities or Manage Packages.

If you need to create an Activity select the Manage Activities link…

You will be forwarded to the Manage Activities feature where you can Edit/Create an Activity you would like to be associated with your Activity Group.

If you select Manage Packages you will then be forwarded to the Manage Packages feature where you can Edit/Create Packages that you would like to be associated with your Activity Group.
