To Reinstate a member is to make a member that has a status in Brivo of suspended, active again. In this lesson we will be showing you how to reinstate a member through Brivo Member Maintenance.

How to Get to Brivo Member Maintenance

The first step to Reinstate a User Account in the new Brivo Member Maintenance is to go to the members Brivo Member Maintenance page.

You can access this two ways on the Operationspage - by going to Brivo Members or by going onto the Member Profile for the member (pictured above).

Brivo Member Maintenance and the Member Brivo Status

Now that Brivo Member Maintenance is up you will see that the members Brivo status is Suspended we will want to change that to let the member have access.

On the right hand side you will see a link that says Reinstate. Run you mouse to that link and select it.

Now that you have selected the Reinstate link a confirm screen will appear asking if you are sure you would like to Reinstate access for the member. Please run your mouse and select Yes.

Now that you have selected Yes you will see a message on the top appear informing you that the member is active and has access at this time.

You will also notice the Brivo status of Active.
