Java Installation & Crystal Reports Print Control

This guide will explain the steps necessary to install the latest version of Java, and also how to install the Crystal Reports Print Control driver.

Java Installation

Once on java.com click the red button that says Java Download.

On the next page, click the red button that says Agree and Start Free Download.

Java will start to download. Once downloaded, open the file by clicking on it.

On the Welcome to Java window, click the Install button.

During the installation, and/or once the Java installation is complete, you may be prompted to close or restart the web browser.

Crystal Reports Print Control

In addition to the standard browser settings required for Club Advantage, in order to print any reports from eFit Financial, the Crystal Reports Print Control must be installed. After you've completed the Java installation, log into Club Advantage and and run any report from the Reports page.

At the top left of the screen, click on the printer icon.

You should see a small pop-up window that looks like this. Clicking Export should download the report as a PDF to your computer.

If this window does not appear, it is likely that the browser isn'tconfigured properly, the Java install is out-of-date, or possibly the User Account Control is turned on in the Control Panel.
